Please follow the instructions to submit your peer group.
Glass Lewis analyzes executive compensation at publicly traded companies in the U.S. and Canada, relative to performance and relative to peer companies, for its pay-for-performance model. In creating the Glass Lewis peer groups for the modeling, we consider the peer groups companies use to set compensation levels as one component of our methodology.
Glass Lewis can only consider information that shareholders can access publicly. We cannot use non-public information. Please do not submit draft peer groups or peer information unless it is already in the public domain.
Reasons you may wish to submit:
- You recently disclosed an updated peer group on your website, Form 8-K, or elsewhere in the public domain, but it's not in your most recent Form DEF 14A or Management Information Circular.
- Your most recent proxy statement includes two peer groups (e.g., one for fiscal 2024 and another for fiscal 2025). Confirm your preferred peer group by submitting it.
- You publicly disclosed your fiscal 2025 peer group with changes for fiscal 2026, but without listing the full fiscal 2025 group. Submit an update to confirm the fiscal 2025 peer group.
