Our peer group methodology drives the A-F grades of our executive compensation model. Since launching this model, we have invited companies listed in the U.S. and Canada to submit self-disclosed peer groups used to set executive compensation levels.
We hold two submission windows each year. Email communications will be sent ahead of the most relevant submission window, based on your company's annual shareholder meeting (AGM) date.
- Summer submissions are most relevant for AGMs between October and February.
- Winter submissions are most relevant for AGMs between March and September.
