 Key highlights:

  • As of the end of Q4 2025, our focus list comprises 151 companies. 
  • 54% of our focus list companies are in the Americas, 25% in EMEA and 21% in the APAC region. Notably, 56% of companies have shown responsiveness to our engagement efforts. 
  • Our focus list included 185 issues, either ongoing or resolved in Q4 2025 after successful engagement efforts, spanning the key pillars of the environment (33%), governance (29%), fundamental rights (30%), and risk oversight (8%). 
  • We spotlight the risks and investor engagement concerning executive compensation practices in 2025 and delve into the risks associated with deforestation through releveant case studies.  

With our Active Stewardship Engagement (ASE) program, Glass Lewis’ Stewardship team engages with our focus list companies on behalf of institutional investors. By participating in ASE, investors can scale their engagement impact with minimal additional effort.
