## Q3 2025 Active Stewardship Engagement Report

Download our 2025 Q3 Active Stewardship Engagement report, which summarizes our efforts and progress engaging with companies on timely corporate governance and ESG issues.  

 Key highlights:

- As of the end of Q3 2025, our focus list comprises **158 companies**. 
- 53% of our focus list companies are in the Americas, 24% in EMEA and 23% in the APAC region. Notably, **54% of companies have shown responsiveness to our engagement efforts. **
- Our focus list included **193 issues**, either ongoing or resolved in Q3 2025 after successful engagement efforts, spanning the key pillars of the environment (34%), governance (30%), fundamental rights (29%), and risk oversight (7%). 
- We spotlight the risks and investor engagement concerning**consumer rights**, highlighted through the case studies of a global mobility services and Japanese real estate corporation.

With our Active Stewardship Engagement (ASE) program, Glass Lewis’ Stewardship team engages with our focus list companies on behalf of institutional investors. By participating in ASE, investors can scale their engagement impact with minimal additional effort.
