- Precision in Goal-Setting: The report notes a rise in measurable, objective E&S measures, with a significant increase from 31% to 49% in companies setting quantitative goals from 2022 to 2023.
- Challenges in Disclosure Remain: The report indicates a drop from 61% to 52% in fully disclosing quantitative metrics goals from 2022 to 2023. However, encouragingly, 70% of E&S metrics using discrete targets disclosed specific goals in 2023.
