 Key highlights:

• As of the end of Q2 2024, the Stewardship team initiated engagement with 184 companies, with 52% in the Americas, 24% in EMEA and 24% in the APAC region. Notably, nearly 30% of companies have shown responsiveness to our engagement efforts.
• Our focus list has thus far included 227 issues that span across key pillars of the environment (34%), governance (32%), fundamental rights (27%) and risk oversight (7%).
• Our fundamental rights focus list includes a wide range of material issues, from labor rights to consumer rights. We delve into the risks and investor engagement concerning labor rights, highlighted through spotlight case studies on labor rights.

With our Active Stewardship Engagement (ASE) program, Glass Lewis’ Stewardship team engages with approximately 200 focus list companies on behalf of institutional investors. By participating in ASE, investors can optimize their engagement impact with minimal additional effort.
