 Key highlights:

• In Q1 2024, the Stewardship team initiated engagement with 62 companies, with 42% in the Americas, 34% in EMEA and 24% in the APAC region. Notably, nearly a quarter of these companies have shown responsiveness to our engagement efforts.
• Our initial outreach has thus far included 67 ongoing issues across key pillars of governance (54%), environment (30%), fundamental rights (13%) and risk oversight (3%).
• The report includes case studies of engagements on governance of sustainability, risk oversight, board effectiveness, and more.  

With our Active Stewardship Engagement (ASE) program, Glass Lewis’ Stewardship team engages with approximately 200 focus list companies on behalf of institutional investors. By participating in ASE, investors can optimize their engagement impact with minimal additional effort.
